What You Can Expect

This year’s auction will use Greater Giving Online Bidding – allowing for a paperless bidding system. You will bid using your smartphone or tablet on silent auction items. Also, you can easily track Packages by “following” their activity without having to continuously return to a table or bid sheet.

How to Bid with Online Bidding

Once you have been invited to join Online Bidding, you have a number of options available to you.

  1. Select the Package you wish to Bid on.
  2. Select either the Bid option to bid the next increment, or select Bid More to choose your increment.
  3. Or, if available, select Buy Now to purchase the Package for the price listed.
  4. Click the star icon to save the Package to your Favorites.
  5. To make a donation, click the Donate button on the home page and enter your amount.
  6. Use the menu in the top left to view Packages you have bid on, favorited, or to browse by Category.
  7. When the auction closes, the high bidder can find Packages they have won in the Bids area of the menu.

How can I participate in Online Auction & Shopping or simply Donate through the ALS Fiesta?

• Register for online bidding at https://Fiesta2023.ggo.bid (instructions below)

• Bid on your favorite auction packages starting at noon (PST) on Monday May 8. 

• The online auction will close at 8:30pmsharp (PST) on Wednesday May 10. 

• Please consider making a donation in addition to bidding on our auction items. Thank you for your support!

Instructions

1) Go tohttps://Fiesta2023.ggo.bid

2) Click the “Get Started” button in upper right-hand corner of screen.

3) Click the green “Create Account” button.

4) Enter your email address.

5) Wait for verification email (check your junk folder if you don’t receive it).

6) Follow verification link and complete form. Be sure to provide your mobile number.

7) Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct. Click on grey boxes to update information.

8) Click on the “Get Started” link to enter the auction.
