To keep our clients safe, happy and out of hospital. We promote independence at every turn, with a wide range of services and medical supplies that suit a wide range of requirements – most of which are available for both rent and purchase.

 

Our History.

In March of 2006, Blaine Hunt founded Access Medical®, a fully licensed and registered medical service provider specializing in custom, complex wheelchairs as well as all other mobility products to people with disabilities in Southern California. Access Medical’s talented staff has since served thousands of people who's lives have been blessed with their own customized, complex wheelchairs.

 

Over the years, it became clear that many within the complex wheelchair community shared other common needs that the experts at Access Medical could provide meaningful solutions for. Needs such as wheelchair ramps, platform and vehicle lifts, shower, bath and home modifications, additional mobility equipment, hospital beds and medical supplies that assist our clients to thrive safely in the place they feel most comfortable… at home.

 

Thus, At-Home Medical was born. With a team of professionals who hold appropriate medical credentials such as: ATP, SMS, CRTS, OT, DPT etc. and with 5 full service stores in Southern California (San Diego, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Long Beach and Anaheim), At-Home Medical's goal is to keep our clients safe, happy and out of hospital. We promote independence at every turn, whether it requires home modifications or providing a wide range of medical supplies that suit a wide range of requirements – most of which are available for both rent and purchase.

13th ANNUAL ALS GOLF CLASSIC

Friday July 23 at Sycuan, 8:00am Shotgun Start

THE ALS GOLF CLASSIC is one of The ALS Association Greater San Diego Chapter's primary fundraising events. The 13th Annual ALS Golf Classic will take place at Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan on Friday, July 23, 2021. Each year, this golf tournament provides an opportunity for ALS Association Greater San Diego Chapter supporters, staff members, families affected by ALS, and members of the local community to get together and have a lot of fun in support of a good cause. The scramble format allows golfers of all abilities to take part and enjoy.

SCHEDULE 

6:45am Registration opens, driving range available, complimentary breakfast snacks available (fruit, granola bars, coffee, adult beverages)

8:00am Shotgun Start

Awards Luncheon and Raffle immediately after golfers finish (approximately 12:30/1:00)

 

PRICING

Single Golfer $200 (includes food and drinks)

Foursome $800 (includes food and drinks for 4 golfers)

Raffle Tickets: multiple options ranging $20-$100

Awards Luncheon Attendee (no golf) $75
